About Psilocybia

Psilocybia is being built as an independent, science-led reference to the genus Psilocybe. The Psilocybe Index is its structured core: one durable record for each species, connected to the literature.

The project is organised around a question: what is actually known about this species? Missing evidence and uncertainty belong alongside positive findings.

This research edition contains an initial batch of species accounts researched and source-checked by Codex. Coverage is incomplete, and supporting sections still include clearly marked research gaps.

Agent source checks are identified separately from human scientific review. Human reviewers and advisers have not been appointed. No advisory board or institutional endorsement is implied.
